Trick-or-treaters will haunt Avenida Del Mar and El Camino Real—stopping anywhere they spot a purple balloon!

Downtown Businesses, register here to reserve your FREE purple balloon to signal to trick-or-treaters that you are handing out candy at the Treat Street event on Saturday, October 26th from 4–6pm!
